Definitions of Service Terms

1.1 - The terms of use are set by the administration of BLACKWORK.IO, which reserves the right to modify any clause in this section at any time.

1.2 - Every user must thoroughly review all the terms listed in this section before registering.

Service Usage Rules

2.1 - Orders related to channels/chats/bots that promote the following topics are STRICTLY PROHIBITED: drugs, pornography, adult services, the sale of weapons, user fraud, or pharmaceutical drugs. Any such order will be canceled without a refund. Additionally, we do not provide services for channels that use Hebrew in their names or posts.

2.2 - All our services come with a detailed description. We guarantee the accuracy of the service status according to its description.

2.3 - No refunds are provided for private links if the service is not fully completed, unless the service description explicitly states support for private links.

2.4 - Users are not allowed to abuse the cancellation feature by repeatedly canceling orders without valid reasons. We thoroughly monitor such abusive behavior and reserve the right to reset the user's balance if this rule is violated.

2.5 - If your order faces deductions after the service is completed, please provide the order number, and we will refund the amount related to the lost followers.

2.6 - We track all client orders, and if any channel or service violates our rules (as outlined in section 2.1) after completion, we reserve the right to remove all generated followers and deny refunds.

2.7 - By placing an order, the client fully agrees to the service description as stated.

Refund Policy

3.1 - Users have the right to report poor service quality. The administration is obliged to address the issue and refund the user for unsatisfactory services.

3.2 - Users can request a withdrawal of funds from their account. A 10% fee will be applied to the total balance. Requests are processed within 1-2 hours after submission.

3.3 - The administration reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests due to technical issues.

3.4 - If the Boost service for a channel/group was not fulfilled (e.g., incomplete followers or deductions), please provide proof, such as screenshots before and after the service. If no valid evidence is provided, we will be unable to process a refund. Please ensure you take screenshots before and after your order. Thank you!

Telegram Premium Services

4.1 - If you order Telegram Premium services, and the followers are not reflected in your channel/chat/bot statistics, we are not responsible, and no refund or refill will be provided.

4.2 - If your order results in deleted accounts, we are not responsible for this, and no refunds will be issued. Telegram regularly bans thousands of accounts related to artificial follower generation.

User Privacy

5.1 - All user data is protected and will not be shared with third parties, including law enforcement, unless there is evidence of legal violations.

5.2 - Any collected data is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
